As a Senior Psychometrist and a Life Coach for all ages, I’ve gained over ten years of experience. From my private practice in the Southern Suburbs of Claremont, Cape Town I consult with children, adolescents and adults from various backgrounds who present with diverse difficulties. I also travel to clients with special needs. As a Registered Psychometrist and Life Coach, I can offer my clients a diverse range of services that are comprehensive and complimentary. I utilize specialist local and international psychometric assessments, to provide personal insight and so instigate a process and dialogue of discovery with my clients. Using the principals of Positive Psychology with the techniques of Integral Coaching I help my clients develop methods they can apply during difficult times for the rest of their lives. Psychometric Assessments provide self-insights and answer many questions. With this new self-awareness, Coaching can gain traction and momentum. Learning barriers can be identified and appropriate strategies and personal self-concept enhancement allow children and adults to be the best they can be. Ultimately my goal is to get my clients to a point where they don't need me anymore. My clients range from children, youth, adolescents and adults and I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans. I see clients for Psychometric Assessments, Life Coaching and Parental Guidance. With a team of psychologists and outdoor adventure guides, I run an Adventure Coaching program that aims at teaching practical skills to manage our emotions during stressful situations. I also lecture at the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP). I am a registered Psychometrist (PMT 0088315) with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) since 2012. I obtained my Psychology & Honours degrees through Stellenbosch University and UNISA. I then did my formal internship in Practical Psychometry at the Centre for Psychological Services and Career Development (PsyCad) at the University of Johannesburg. I also completed my Associate Certified Coaching (ACC) program as an Integral Coach (Registered with COMENSA) through the University of Cape Town. While studying, I was involved with various community service initiatives where I worked with children and families from various backgrounds dealing with psycho-social difficulties. During 2011, I was also involved with Anti-Poaching, protecting Africa's wildlife, especially our rhinos from poachers. These experiences and my knowledge in Psychology contributes to the work I do with my clients.

Life Coaching in Cape Town:

As I have background knowledge, experience and qualifications in Psychology, I combine the approaches of coaching with established therapeutic modalities. My sessions are solution-focussed aimed to provide the necessary skills to my clients to live their most effective and fruitful lives.

Psychological Assessment Cape Town:

Using psychometric assessments can be a valuable tool in order to build self-awareness with my clients to assist in the process of coaching. These assessments can highlight a person's strengths that they might not have been aware of, map development or progress and inform career decisions. By utilising the scientific rigour of psychometric assessments, the techniques of coaching and the theoretical foundations of Psychology, I strive to provide my best services to my clients.

These assessments can also assist in:
