I am a clinical psychologist practicing in Parkwood. I work primarily from a psychodynamically informed perspective to offer short and long-term therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I am also experienced with dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT) and provide parental guidance. I tailor the treatment to my client’s specific needs and focus on providing a compassionate, thoughtful and non-judgemental space in which the client can explore their challenges and distress.
Psychotherapy is a valuable source of support for a range of difficulties. These may include personal development, resolving distressing life issues (e.g. work stress, relationship difficulties), as well as for more serious forms of mental distress such as bereavement, trauma, bipolar, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders, among others. I work with the client to develop insight and coping skills in order to provide psychological relief, deepen self-awareness, and enhance engagement with all areas of their world.
