For over 20 years of clinical practice with individual adults, young adults, couples and families, my work focuses on many forms of psychological suffering: depression, anxiety, bereavement, loss, psychosomatic problems, personality disorders, and trauma.
I also engage with people who do not suffer from any particular mental disorder, but are struggling with difficulties concerning relationships, professional choices, life transitions and the challenges of parenting. I use different modalities including art, sand tray, movement, deep relaxation and dream work.
In addition to my work as a clinical psychologist which involves the diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders, I have specialised in the approach of C. G. Jung. Jungian Analysis is the most unique adventure a person can embark upon.
Jungian Analysis is about uncovering the patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour that have followed us throughout our lives, often in a detrimental way, and how to live a more authentic life.
