Marésa has 20 years of experience as a Psychologist which includes experience as a Military Psychologist, working in addiction treatment and in private practice. She enjoys assisting adults and couples and uses an Eclectic Therapeutic approach which is Person Centred and often makes use of CBT and DBT. If applicable to her client she will work from a Christian perspective.
