I am a Counselling psychologist working primarily with adolescents (14yrs to 18yrs) and adults (19+ years) experiencing problems of everyday living such as difficulties in adjusting to life changes that may lead to depression and/or other mood disorders, relationship difficulties; including couples counselling, trauma, stress, work related stress, burnout, grief and loss, anger, anxiety, self-esteem, as well as personal growth and development and career assessments for high school learners.
