I am an educational psychologist. I champion the importance of promoting curiosity as the true driver of excellence as when we value learning (in every aspect of our lives) ANYTHING is possible.
As an educational psychologist I offer the following services:
Therapy: Therapy is sometimes necessary to help families, parents, children and/or adolescents navigate life experiences more successfully. It provides a space to think, to be heard and to test out changes the client would like to make. Therapy should build confidence and the belief in one's ability to Learn and Grow.
Assessments: Assessments are an incredible tool for understanding how we learn, identifying factors that promote learning and to uncover those that are limiting our learning experience. Assessments are used to identify where additional support and/or enrichment is necessary and to ensure that interventions are tailor-made to the learner's needs.
Workshops / Small Groups: These are informative, useful and fun. They help parents, teachers and/or learners to look at what they are doing at home, in the classroom and everyday relationships in order to make changes that help them move towards their parenting, teaching, learning and personal goals.
Works with: Adolescents, children, families, individuals, adults, and couples.
Specialising in: Family difficulties, learning difficulties, learning disorders, relationships, self development, life changes, and loss/grief.
Working in: English.
